Lindsay Lohan still under trial for June car crash case

Hollywood actress, Lindsay Lohan, who is accused in the June car crash, is trying to slow down the court proceedings but the court denied accepting her request. A case was filed against Lohan for lying to the police that she was not driving the car which got crashed.
Lindsay’s lawyer, Mark Heller, filed a proposal in the court for the same so that the actress gets benefited by certain activities. The Los Angeles judge, James Dabney, denied his proposal on Friday morning and said that he will not remove the charges against Lohan and also refused to suppress evidence.
