And now an update from Lindsay Lohan as she continues her campaign of cray cray.
Remember When: Lindsay’s probation violation case involving a car crash on PCH in which she is accused of lying to the police might just be the final straw for her.
According to TMZ, prosecutors will use Lindsay’s past against her. The celebrity gossip tracker pulled up two incidents from the “Liz & Dick” star’s history, one in 2007 and one in 2012.
Both involved car accidents and in both cases she told police that she was just the passenger. Sound familiar?

Biebs Blues: In case you were on a break from the Internet yesterday, allow us to fill you in. During an Instagram rant, Justin Bieber wrote “to those comparing me to Lindsay Lohan look at her 2012 tax statements ;)”
Whiplash: As you can imagine, Bieber’s LiLo bashing set off a minor media meltdown and since then JB has apologized for the statement and removed the Lindsay reference.
In case you’re wondering how Lindsay’s feeling about the whole thing, the actress is reportedly “appalled.” She also called the comment “senseless and mean.”
Crumbling Cement: RadarOnline reports that James Johnson, the cement truck driver involved in Lindsay's car crash, has been subpoenaed in her current case. However, Lindsay's discount brand lawyer, Mark Heller, will try and claim that the trucker is only out for a paycheck.
