Kardashian Suing Over Intimate Diaries

Remember a few months ago when In Touch was cranking out stories about how Robert Kardashian’s widow Ellen Pearson was releasing pages from Robert’s diary, which basically said that Kris Jenner beat her kids. The pages also claim that Kris was never home and locked Rob in a car and sent Kim to a friend’s house when she was sick, so she could cheat with Todd Waterman.
Yeah well, the Kardashian kids are suing Ellen Pearson claiming she’s illegally selling portions of that diary that they were supposed to inherit.
“The Kardashians and Kris Jenner have filed a suit against Ellen Pearson for taking personal property belonging to them by virtue of Robert Kardashian’s will and by virtue of copyright protection. Today’s filing should serve as notice that they will vigorously defend their rights when forced to do so,” the family’s attorney Marty Singer tells Hollyscoop.
The Kardashian kids say that they are the rightful owners of everything in Robert’s will, which includes the diary along with family photo albums.

But the most interesting thing, according to TMZ, Robert’s will did not include Kris Jenner…and they are just suing Ellen for illegally putting the diary out there, but not for defamation, meaning…is everything in that diary about Kris Jenner true?
That being said, ALL the Kardashian kids took to Twitter immediately after the allegations broke to defend their mother’s honor.
